MYLES SHARP BAND   One of our local TV news anchors until recently, Rebecca Powers released a CD about 15 years ago under her maiden name, Rebecca Allen called I Don’t Care while she was a DJ at a local radio station, WCPR-FM.  It is quite good, and I still play it once in a while.  She currently performs with a local band called the Myles Sharp Band (Mr. Sharp is a member of the Gulfport City Council).  (December 2015)  |
